Hendrick Automotive and associate add Honda retailer

Hendrick Automotive Group of Charlotte, N.C., expanded its Honda dealership rely to 18 when it purchased LeJeune Honda Automobiles in Jacksonville, N.C., in partnership with Susan Stevenson.

Hendrick mentioned the group and Stevenson purchased the dealership on Dec. 1 from Stevenson’s brother-in-law, Jerry Stevenson. They renamed the shop Stevenson-Hendrick Honda Jacksonville, in accordance with a Dec. 2 Hendrick weblog submit. Jacksonville is east of Charlotte and north of Wilmington.

A Hendrick Automotive spokesman informed Automotive Information that the acquisition marked the group’s first in 2022.

That is the fourth auto dealership that Hendrick and Susan Stevenson have partnered on. Others are Honda and Mazda dealerships in Wilmington and a Toyota dealership in Jacksonville, N.C.
