DES MOINES, Iowa — The proprietor of Lola’s Fantastic Sizzling Sauce was honored by the U.S. Small Enterprise Administration (SBA) Saturday morning on the Downtown Farmers’ Market in Des Moines.
Taufeek Shah acquired the SBA’s Iowa Minority Enterprise Champion of the 12 months.
Flanked by his mother and father who helped him begin the enterprise utilizing his mother’s recipe, Shah acquired to ring the ceremonial bell at 7 a.m. opening the farmers’ market.
